Do you work with couples outside of Alberta, Canada?
Yes! We can ship to anywhere in Canada. We use the phone and email to gather all the information we need to get started. All of the final products will be shipped using Canada Post.
How much is shipping?
At this time we do not have standard shipping rates. Once we have determined all the products you will be purchasing we can provide a shipping cost estimate.
What if we want something that is not on the standard price list?
Talk to us about any custom project you have in mind. We are designers so our job is to solve problems. We will come up with a beautiful solution for the idea you have for your wedding.
How can I make my invitations and stationary eco-friendly?
There are many options to make your invitations and stationary have less impact on the environment. Instead of using a traditional RSVP envelope we suggest using RSVP postcards. Not only do they look cool, but they save paper. All of Pinkpolka Wedding Design’s invitation packages are printed on FSC certified and 10% post consumer uncoated paper. There are other options to upgrade to paper that is 100% FSC certified. See the FSC website for more information on this program.
How are your wedding designs printed?
We use the highest quality print suppliers to print all of our invitations and stationary. We use a digital printing process to keep the cost low. There are other printing options, including vegetable-based inks, or letter press. Please ask us for more details.
What are some other paper choices?
Our standard invitation packages include white uncoated cover stock and bright white envelopes. Depending on your design, including metallic or colored paper, envelopes, cigar bands, or pockets can add extra flare to your invitations. These are options will be offered during your design consultation. We have samples on-hand for you to view.
How soon should we contact you to get started on our wedding stationery?
The sooner the better! We can work under tight timeless (minimum of a month), but starting the process 5-6 months before your wedding gives us plenty of time without rushing you through the design process.
